Hiya! So here's what I've come up with. If we get set before March 25th this is what i've come up with. (PER 5 PEOPLE) Roughly $170 a person, which includes: Hotel Suite (2 Doubles & 1 Sofa bed + living area & kitchen) Entrance Ticket to ConnetiCon, Food, and Gas for the entire time we are there. The hotel is roughly 8 miles north of the Convention center, so driving back and forth will be necessary. It does not include spending money, and as some of you know, you're going to want to spend it. In absolute total, I recommend roughly $300 total for the trip (which gives you $130 spending money) with the bare minimum being $170. Remember that after March 25th, the price WILL go up, so plan accordingly! Edit: Only the first $100 is due by March 25th - $60 for the room, & $40 for the early bird entrance fee. The longer we wait, the more it will cost for both the room and the entrance fee. List of CONFIRMED: -Hutch -David - - - List of TENTATIVE: -Will -Maegan -Matt -Mat

lol kidneys go for 80 grand right? anybody know any homeless people? also i would bring more money for spending like at least $200 is is the only real time you can buy stuff like this in person. your never going to know what you might find and want. ALSO! were going to have to buy anime DVDs. so everyone will have to chip in X amount of money to give to the librarian to buy us anime!

That's why I said $300 in total, which gives you $130 in spending money - but as matt says, that's not alot of spending money. You WILL want to buy stuff, a lot of stuff. This is a once-in-a-year chance.
